The questions your security team is going to ask.

A product that reads your company’s conversations has to answer these before it earns a pilot, not after. We answer all of them in writing.

We do not display certifications we have not been granted.

  • Answered by region and by subprocessor, in writing, before anything is connected. The subprocessor list is versioned and you are told when it changes.

  • This is the question we expect to spend the most time on, and the one we will walk through against your own access model rather than in the abstract.

  • Covered explicitly in the agreement, not in a settings page. You get the answer in the contract, where it is enforceable.

  • Export and deletion terms are agreed before the pilot begins, with a stated timeline rather than a support ticket.

  • Named roles, logged access, and the conditions under which it happens. All of it written down before you sign anything.

Bring us the questionyour company keepsanswering twice.

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe something your team has explained more than once, and we show you what OakHive does with it.

We are taking on a small number of companies at a time, so this is a conversation rather than a signup.

We reply within two working days.

What you send reaches the people who read these themselves, and is used to reply to you and prepare for the conversation. It is kept for 24 months, is never sold, and never feeds an advertising system. There is none here. Privacy Policy.
